Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tutor Support Representative (Remote, Part-Time, Seasonal).

Key Responsibilities

• Review student profiles to understand needs and goals
• Research tutor profiles to find the best matches and manage scheduling of trial sessions
• Provide exceptional support to students and tutors while collaborating with Academic Advisors

Required Qualifications

• A basic understanding of the U.S. education system is preferred
• Education, tutoring, or test prep experience is a plus, but not required
• Must have a computer/laptop, high-speed internet, and a quiet workspace
