Job Summary

A company is looking for a UI/UX Designer to support ongoing Federal programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and convert findings into actionable design tasks
• Develop user interfaces from wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes and collaborate with project stakeholders
• Maintain design files and ensure compliance with web standards and accessibility best practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Computer Interaction, Design, or related field, with 2-4 years of experience
• Portfolio showcasing research and UX/UI design skills
• Experience with design software such as Sketch, InVision, and Adobe Design Suite
• Knowledge of user research techniques and responsive web design principles
• Familiarity with HTML5, CSS3, and accessibility compliance standards
