Undergraduate Peer Mentor

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Undergraduate Assistant - Peer Mentor.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide peer support through email, live presentations, and one-on-one mentoring
• Engage in program-level peer support activities and guide peers on academic resources
• Organize and maintain support resources and collaborate on student-centered content

Required Qualifications

• Must be a current undergraduate student with at least three quarters of enrollment
• Must be in good academic standing with a minimum GPA of 3.0
• Prior experience in teaching, coaching, or mentoring preferred
• Ability to work both asynchronously and synchronously, including evenings and weekends
• Demonstrated ability to perform essential job functions with or without accommodations
