Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inbound Unlicensed Sales Agent.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from sales prospects and transfer potential customers to licensed agents
• Educate consumers on the company's value proposition and encourage them to engage with sales agents
• Meet and exceed monthly goals for transfer rates and other performance indicators

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• Preferred sales experience in a call center or performance-based role within the last 2 years
• Experience working in a professional office setting
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• Job stability is preferred
