Our client is a globally recognized company operating at the medical device solutions. They are currently seeking a Marketing Communications Specialist to lead and execute brand-aligned marketing strategies and communication activities across both digital and offline channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver visual, printed, and digital marketing materials aligned with brand identity
- Prepare and finalize product-related brochures, catalogs, and promotional assets
- Plan and execute promotional activities across sector-specific media outlets
- Organize and evaluate internal (trainings, meetings) and external (congresses, fairs, seminars) events
- Lead marketing activities focused on lead generation and brand awareness contributing to revenue growth
- Manage the marketing calendar and ensure timely delivery of ongoing projects
- Support sales teams with marketing collateral and promotional tools
- Collaborate on global marketing campaigns; create campaign assets such as landing pages
- Maintain and update the corporate website and CRM database
- Conduct market, product, and competitor analysis, and present regular reports
- Utilize tools such as Smartsheet, SAP CRM, Marketo, and Adobe Experience Manager efficiently
- Manage marketing budgets, obtain supplier quotations, and prepare documentation for managerial approval
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
- Minimum 6 years of experience in marketing communications or a related field
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
- Proficient in MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools (e.g., SAP CRM, Marketo, Google Ads)
- Strong background in event and campaign management
- Capable of producing and analyzing marketing reports and KPIs
- Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign or similar design tools is a strong plus
- Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and handle crisis communication
- Willingness to travel frequently; for male candidates, military service must be completed
