They need someone who has done performance enhancements and process enhancements. This one is more than just a developer; they need someone familiar with provider data and the extracts/delta processing within DB2.

Must haves:
• 10+ year background in COBOL/Mainframe development
• Extensive DB2 required
• Performance enhancements / Rewrite existing processes to be more efficient
• Strong in design
• May move into delta process to pick up on changes
• Extracts
• Delta processing
• Knowledge of provider data
• PIN/TIN/Service location – how they all connect
• How providers are set up
