About the Role
USA FIRMWARE is a boutique design engineering firm located in Brecksville, Ohio supporting customers who are in the business of developing innovative products for business and consumers.
We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Part-Time Administrative Assistant to join our team onsite in Brecksville, Ohio. This flexible position is perfect for someone local who enjoys supporting day-to-day office operations and is comfortable wearing multiple hats. This is a Hybrid position that will be flexible in nature but will require at least a minimum, one set half day per week.
Responsibilities
- Scan and organize receipts, invoices, and bills for our accounting team
- Greet visitors and vendors professionally
- Coordinate and purchase lunch for in-office meetings
- Maintain and track office key inventory
- Oversee and coordinate cleaning service schedule
- Monitor and restock kitchen and office supplies
- Assist with planning and booking travel for business events
- Answer and manage incoming phone calls and messages
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role (preferred)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Friendly, professional communication style
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Proficient with basic office equipment and email
- Must be reliable and able to work onsite in Brecksville, OH
Work Details
- Part-time: 10–20 hours per week
- Hybrid: Fulltime / Remote work is not available
- Flexible hours: Schedule can vary week to week based on business needs but will require, at a minimum, one set half day per week.
