User Experience Design Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a User Experience Design Manager for Commercial Digital Banking.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage teams to gather user insights and design recommendations aligned with product strategy
• Direct solution design, prototype testing, and oversee multiple UX initiatives throughout the product lifecycle
• Provide mentorship and performance feedback to team members while guiding the creation of a holistic UX strategy

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in Interaction design, or High School Diploma/GED and 10 years of experience in Interaction design
• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree and 10+ years of experience, or High School Diploma/GED and 15+ years of experience
• Experience in User Experience (UX)
• Preferred experience in the Financial Services Industry
• Preferred areas of study include UX Design or HCI (Human Computer Interaction)
