Job Summary
A company is looking for a User Experience Design Manager for Commercial Digital Banking.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage teams to gather user insights and design recommendations aligned with product strategy
- Direct solution design, prototype testing, and oversee multiple UX initiatives throughout the product lifecycle
- Provide mentorship and performance feedback to team members while guiding the creation of a holistic UX strategy
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in Interaction design, or High School Diploma/GED and 10 years of experience in Interaction design
- Preferred: Bachelor's Degree and 10+ years of experience, or High School Diploma/GED and 15+ years of experience
- Experience in User Experience (UX)
- Preferred experience in the Financial Services Industry
- Preferred areas of study include UX Design or HCI (Human Computer Interaction)
