Job Summary

A company is looking for a User Experience Designer II - IV.

Key Responsibilities:

• Creates intuitive and accessible customer journeys through design deliverables like wireframes and mockups
• Collaborates with business and agile teams to gather requirements and conducts usability research
• Mentors junior designers and influences product roadmap with design strategy

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant design or technology field
• Experience ranging from 3 to 7 years as a User Experience Designer, depending on the level
• Proficiency in design thinking methods and tools such as Figma
• Knowledge of the software design lifecycle and agile methodologies
• Understanding of accessible design principles and WCAG guidelines
