Key Responsibilities
- Manage intake paperwork and maintain organized electronic documentation in SharePoint
- Communicate proactively with families during the admission process to provide updates and address inquiries
- Coordinate with external providers to facilitate information exchange and assist with medical clearance and insurance tasks
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a healthcare setting is a plus
- Proficiency in electronic documentation and virtual systems
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
