UX Design Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a UX Design Director to lead and innovate user experience design for an upcoming project.

Key Responsibilities

• Champion and ensure the quality of UX design within the studio
• Develop and lead the vision for UX design in a cross-functional development environment
• Drive innovative UX solutions and present data-informed design decisions to the team

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in UX design for live service games
• Proven ability to drive UX vision and manage a team of UX designers
• Experience with user experience design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite)
• Strong understanding of developing UX/UI for AAA games
• Knowledge of mobile game design and Unreal Engine is a plus
