UX Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a UX Designer to shape user experiences across their enterprise software suite.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the UX design of product features from concept to delivery, producing wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
• Translate technical and business requirements into intuitive user experiences that support complex workflows
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and improve user workflows

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, or a related field
• 5+ years of UX design experience, with at least 3 years on enterprise or storage software platforms
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX work for complex applications, focusing on usability and accessibility
• Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
• Familiarity with frontend development fundamentals (HTML, CSS, ARIA roles) to ensure design feasibility
