UX Designer Team Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a UX Designer Team Lead (Temporary).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement design systems for consistency and efficiency across products

• Mentor junior and mid-level designers, fostering a collaborative design culture

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio in design systems
• Experience with design tools such as Figma and Adobe Illustrator
• Expert knowledge of user-centered design processes and UX skill sets
• Strong ability to work with people at all organizational levels in a remote environment
