UX Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a UX Designer to lead designs for its largest product, Applied Epic.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a strong understanding of user experience and explore user needs and motivations
• Coordinate and conduct user research to recommend interaction designs and UX best practices
• Collaborate with product and development teams to implement designs and measure user engagement

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in UX, preferably in a commercial software environment
• Proficient in UX research and creating prototypes using tools such as Figma, Balsamiq, or Miro
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Design, or equivalent work experience
• Ability to work 100% remotely or from an office
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and techniques
