UX Researcher

Job Summary

A company is looking for a UX Researcher for a Remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize research needs across the product roadmap
• Design and conduct mixed-methods user research, including interviews and usability testing
• Synthesize and present findings to stakeholders and translate insights into actionable recommendations

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 10-20 years of experience in UX research
• Proficiency in tools such as Mural, Figma, JIRA, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with user research methodologies including surveys and ethnographic studies
• Ability to work cross-functionally with product and design teams
