UX Researcher Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a UX Researcher Specialist (Remote).

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product teams to identify and prioritize research topics
• Deliver continuous insights through lean research practices in an agile environment
• Conduct research using qualitative and quantitative methods while representing user insights to stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

• BA/BS degree in a related field or equivalent experience; advanced degrees are a plus
• 5+ years of relevant research experience
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM
• Familiarity with user experience research software and tools
• Experience in the financial industry or regulated sectors is a plus
