UX Researcher/Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a UX Researcher/Designer to support the discovery phase of internal web applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead discovery by planning and conducting user research to identify user needs and workflows
• Summarize research findings into actionable insights and recommendations
• Create wireframes, task flows, and diagrams to illustrate proposed solutions and maintain team alignment

Required Qualifications

• 4-7+ years of experience in user research within product teams, preferably in enterprise or B2B environments
• Proficiency in conducting interviews, usability testing, and observational research
• Experience with tools such as Figma and Mural for creating personas and wireframes
• Familiarity with complex or regulated industries like finance or healthcare is a plus
• Basic skills in survey and service design, with the ability to support research operations
