UX Writer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a User Experience Writer to join a digital product team in the financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend and actively contribute to weekly working sessions with CX, Product, Tech, and Design teams
• Write user-centric copy for digital transactions and workflows
• Ensure all content complies with regulatory guidelines and adapt writing tone to align with brand standards

Required Qualifications:

• 5-7 years of UX writing experience, with a minimum of 3-5 years acceptable with strong qualifications
• Experience in enterprise-level UX writing within regulated sectors like financial services or banking
• Familiarity with compliance-sensitive language and financial terminology
• Strong understanding of user journey mapping and content iteration
• Experience working within Agile or cross-functional product teams
