UX/UI Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a UX/UI Designer to join their digital services team.

Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive, 508-compliant interfaces based on usability testing and federal CX policy
• Develop wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and support iterative design improvements
• Lead the end-to-end UX/UI design process for web and mobile applications, collaborating with product managers and developers

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional UX/UI design experience (federal or consulting experience preferred)
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision
• Strong understanding of responsive design principles, interaction design, and accessibility standards (508/WCAG)
• Experience collaborating in Agile/Scrum environments with developers and product teams
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
