UX/UI Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a UX/UI Specialist (Contract) who transforms complexity into clarity by creating accessible and intuitive experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Create user-centered designs for websites and applications
• Develop design systems and user journeys while collaborating with clients and developers
• Ensure designs comply with ADA and WCAG standards

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 3-5+ years of relevant experience in UX/UI design
• Proven experience in B2B and B2C environments, with a preference for government and healthcare sectors
• Proficiency in Figma and FigJam, along with UX research and UI design methodologies
• Google Design Certificate or equivalent training
• Experience managing multiple projects as a contractor
