UX/UI Researcher

Job Summary

A company is looking for a UX/UI Research/Design professional to assist with the Discovery phase for internal web applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead user research to understand user needs, pain points, and workflows
• Facilitate interviews, workshops, and stakeholder discussions to gather insights
• Create personas, user journey maps, wireframes, and flow diagrams to visualize user interactions

Required Qualifications

• 4-7+ years of user research experience on product teams, preferably in enterprise or B2B settings
• Experience in planning and conducting interviews and usability tests
• Ability to produce personas, journeys, task flows, and low-fidelity wireframes independently
• Proficiency in tools such as Figma and Mural
• Strong facilitation skills for guiding groups and managing discussions
