A company is looking for a Vice President of AI Innovation & Platform Architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the architectural transformation and integration of AI technologies into the learning platform
• Translate product vision into software architecture and manage the backend platform engineering roadmap
• Build and mentor high-performing engineering teams while fostering a culture of technical excellence

Required Qualifications:

• 15+ years of experience in software engineering, with 8+ years in senior leadership roles
• Proven success in delivering scalable SaaS systems and enterprise-grade integrations
• Experience leading large, globally distributed engineering teams
• Deep knowledge of backend architectures, microservices, and cloud platforms
• Strong understanding of data modeling and API-first design
