Key Responsibilities

• Develops the annual operating plan and Behavioral Health Annual Strategic Plan
• Directs financial performance and ensures adherence to performance targets and regulatory initiatives
• Drives strategic growth initiatives and fosters relationships with external corporate customers

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; Master's preferred
• 10+ years of leadership experience in the managed healthcare industry
• Knowledge of providers, accountable care organizations, and provider payment models
• Proven ability to manage operations in a larger matrixed healthcare system
• Proven motivational leader with strong analytical and organizational skills
