Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of IT Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing IT strategies that align with business objectives
• Ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations, including server and network management
• Managing the IT budget and vendor relationships to ensure cost-effectiveness and compliance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field; Master's or MBA preferred
• 5+ years in progressive IT leadership roles with oversight of infrastructure and IT operations
• 12+ years of relevant IT experience
• Strong experience in managing budgets and vendor relationships
• M&A experience strongly preferred
