Vice President of Product Design

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Product Design to lead its global product design organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead the strategic vision for product design, aligning user experience with company objectives
• Build and mentor a high-performing, globally distributed team of UX designers
• Champion a design-led culture and oversee user research programs to validate product decisions

Required Qualifications

• 10-15 years of experience in product and UX design, with 5+ years in senior design leadership roles
• Demonstrated success in scaling design organizations in global environments
• Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders and drive strategic initiatives
• Degree in HCI, Interaction Design, UX Design, or a related field
• Experience with UX/UI design tools and understanding of front-end technologies
