Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Engineering and Product leadership, preferably in high-growth SaaS or B2B startups
• Experience scaling products from $0 to $50M+ in revenue
• Familiarity with IoT systems, real-time telemetry, or AI/ML technologies
• Proven ability to build and scale teams and systems
• Strong product instincts combined with technical depth for complex engineering decisions
