Vice President of Product

Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP Product, Core Products.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and drive the long-term product vision for the database and its ecosystem
• Maintain a portfolio-level view across related products and prioritize initiatives based on customer needs
• Act as an executive sponsor for key customers and represent their perspectives in product decisions

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management, with 5+ years in a leadership role focused on enterprise software or data infrastructure
• Proven experience managing a portfolio of interrelated products
• Strong background in distributed systems, database technology, or Kubernetes-based environments
• Exposure to self-managed and cloud delivery models is preferred
• Familiarity with enterprise IT needs including backup, restore, and observability
