Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Attorney (IV) to manage a high-volume caseload and provide legal support in immigration matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume caseload, including various immigration applications and petitions
• Draft, review, and revise legal documents and manage client relationships
• Conduct legal research and explain complex immigration concepts to clients

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of business immigration attorney work experience
• U.S. Juris Doctor degree (J.D.) and a member of a state bar in good standing
• Ability to manage complex case strategies and review paralegal work products
• Understanding of complex immigration law concepts
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and immigration case management systems
