A company is looking for a Virtual Design - Chat Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to live chat requests promptly while handling multiple chats simultaneously
• Assist customers in creating their dream spaces and closing design purchases
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and provide product information

Required Qualifications

• 3+ months of design experience required
• High School Diploma or GED
• Computer literate with the ability to type a minimum of 35 wpm
• Must have own desktop or laptop that meets specified technical requirements
• Ability to complete mandatory paid training with 100% attendance
