Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Associate, Voluntary Benefits Product Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain technical and business knowledge about Accident, Critical Illness, and Hospital Indemnity products
• Collaborate with partners to gather market intelligence and inform product development strategies
• Oversee key initiatives and functions throughout the product lifecycle, including filing, implementation, and claims

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5+ years of experience in the group insurance industry
• Proven track record of developing strong relationships with matrix partners and distribution
• Ability to drive results for multiple objectives and prioritize work effectively
