Job Summary

• Strong balance of strategic vision and hands-on tactical problem-solving approach
• Prior experience leading software teams with a focus on scaling infrastructure and operational excellence
• Expertise in backend platforms, microservices architecture, and improving developer experience
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and ensuring security and compliance in regulated environments
