Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Own the patient journey and architect activation experiences across various referral flows
• Lead and scale the product function by collaborating with cross-functional teams to define the product roadmap
• Design systems that track patient and product KPIs while balancing quick wins with long-term strategy

Required Qualifications

• Track record of building and scaling B2B2C or DTC health platforms, preferably in digital health
• Experience leading cross-functional product teams in ambiguous and fast-paced environments
• Familiarity with regulated channels and privacy-sensitive data in healthcare or insurance contexts
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on measuring key performance indicators
• Empathy for patients navigating complex care journeys with a desire to improve those experiences
