VP of Product Design

Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP of Product Design to establish and drive a user experience vision for a leading live events marketplace.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the unified design vision across all product touchpoints for creators and consumers
• Hire and develop a diverse team of product designers, UX researchers, and content designers
• Strengthen collaboration between design, engineering, product management, research, and brand teams

Required Qualifications

• 10-15 years of experience in user experience and design, with expertise in marketplace design principles
• 7+ years of management experience with a proven track record of developing high-performing design teams
• Experience leading a design organization through significant transformation
• Proven ability to implement a design system in partnership with engineering
• A Bachelor's or Graduate degree in user experience, design, or a related field
