Key Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day operational activities for client needs, including data uploads, loan eligibility, and fundings
• Provide direct operational support to external clients and align their business needs with solutions
• Manage tasks related to warehouse financing and ensure timely communication with clients

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent from a four-year college or technical school
• Entry-level professional with 0-2 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of Warehouse Financing Solutions and ProMerit technology platform
• Familiarity with mortgage warehouse facility structures and mortgage-related products
• Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and preferred knowledge of ProMerit
