Warranty Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Warranty Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Document and maintain all warranty repairs using a database filing system
• Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to address repetitive warranty claims
• Develop and maintain training for Service Technicians at all levels

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Two or more years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Experience with E1 and Power BI is a plus
• Experience with International Shipping is a plus
