Key Responsibilities:
- Process warranty claims and provide technical support to the team
- Answer dealer inquiries regarding warranty policy and claim submissions

Required Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of Automotive Warranty
- 1-2 years of Data Entry/Call Center experience
- 1-2 years of Customer Service experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite
