Content Creation Intern

We are looking for a Content Creation Intern to work at Socialize in Dubai (in partnership with We Are Social).

We operate 4 days in the office with the ability to work from home on Fridays.

The Opportunity 

Are you obsessed with social media and always ahead of the next viral trend? Socialize is looking for a Content Creation Intern to support our fast-paced editorial team. This is the perfect opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a real agency environment—creating, editing, and experimenting with content that builds communities and connects brands with audiences.

You'll work on clients across industries like lifestyle, fashion, F&B, and retail, contributing to both planned and reactive social content. If you love scrolling, shooting, editing (especially on CapCut), and want to turn your passion into a creative career, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do

• Track and identify social media trends to inspire reactive content across platforms.
• Support ideation for bite-sized, engagement-first social content.
• Assist with mobile content creation - shooting, editing, and publishing across channels.
• Work closely with Content Editors to develop on-brand assets for multiple clients.
• Participate in brainstorms and contribute creative ideas that align with campaign goals.

What Else Are We Looking For?

• A genuine passion for content creation and social storytelling.
• Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram Reels, and platform trends.
• Basic knowledge of editing tools like CapCut (bonus: Adobe Creative Suite).
• A proactive, hands-on learner with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
