A company is looking for a Founding Lead for Wearables & Biomarker Programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the launch of wearables and a biomarker testing service, ensuring product market fit and compliance
• Build business cases, manage cross-functional teams, and coordinate pilot programs
• Establish regulatory paths and translate biosignals into user-friendly experiences

Required Qualifications

• Experience in taking devices from white label/ODM to mass production
• Proven track record in health hardware programs and prototype testing
• Familiarity with EU and US markets, with a network in ODMs and lab ecosystems
• Prior startup founding or operational experience
• Proficiency in French and English is a plus
