Job Summary
A company is looking for a Web Content Editor for a remote contract position.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with design and sales teams to ensure accurate and engaging website content updates
- Follow best practices for customer-facing updates and participate in quality assurance of websites
- Update the internal ticketing system and provide feedback on tools and processes to optimize workflow
Required Qualifications
- 6-8 years of professional experience in a similar or related role
- Experience with a Content Management System (CMS) is required
- Proficiency in HTML and CSS is required
- Experience with AEM, Sitecore, and/or Right Answers is preferred
- Experience with JIRA is a plus
