Windows Automation Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Windows Automation Software Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) templates and modules for Windows infrastructure deployment
• Write and maintain automation scripts to streamline system setup and maintenance, ensuring configuration standards are met
• Utilize CI/CD pipelines for deploying Windows automation scripts and respond to infrastructure incidents, performing root cause analysis

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing Windows infrastructure with software-development practices
• Solid understanding of Windows Server environments, including Active Directory and Windows security configuration
• Strong experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and system configurations
• Familiarity with infrastructure monitoring tools and version control systems (git)
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience
