You will be responsible for supporting client relationships and assisting with account updates. Paid training is provided.

Key Responsibilities
• Communicate with clients to provide updates and ensure satisfaction
• Support account managers with daily operations and follow-ups
• Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional service and results
• Assist in maintaining new and existing client records in the company’s systems
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and account details

Qualifications
• Prior experience in account development or customer service is helpful but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
• High school diploma or equivalent required
