Workday Change Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workday Change Lead - US (Spanish-Speaking).

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the day-to-day Change Manager, ensuring execution of all assigned workstream change management activities
• Facilitate weekly change management meetings with customer teams, driving alignment, accountability, and progress
• Develop and deliver communications and training materials, aligned with the client's Statement of Work (SOW)

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience as a Change Lead or Change Manager within Workday implementations
• Strong understanding of change management methodologies (Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter, or similar)
• Fluent in English and Spanish (both written and verbal)
• Experience creating communications and training deliverables for executive and end-user audiences
• Consulting background or experience in multinational, LATAM-focused projects preferred
