Workday HCM Testing Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workday HCM Testing Lead to oversee the testing strategy for a Workday initiative.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the advisor and lead for Workday HCM testing strategy and execution
• Develop and oversee test plans, scripts, and timelines to align with project goals
• Guide stakeholders through functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT)

Qualifications:

• 3-4 years of Workday HCM experience with a strong focus on testing leadership
• Proven background leading large-scale ERP/Workday testing efforts in an advisory capacity
• Strong understanding of Workday HCM modules and business processes
• Experience designing testing roadmaps, communication plans, and adoption strategies
• Healthcare industry experience is preferred but not required
