Job Summary
A company is looking for a Workday Technical Lead to support the IT HR Product Team in designing and implementing Workday integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and implement Workday integrations across IT and business systems
- Lead the planning and operations of systems, ensuring availability and functionality
- Monitor and troubleshoot integrations, contributing to continuous improvement of methodologies and processes
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field with at least 10 years of relevant experience
- 5-6 years of experience in building integrations within the Workday ecosystem
- Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL, Java, Python, and JavaScript
- In-depth understanding of system architecture and Software Development Life Cycle
- Strong experience with Windows and Microsoft Office lifecycle management
