Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and technical support for Claims Adjusters
- Process payments and prepare legal and medical documents
- Communicate with medical providers and manage appointment scheduling
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a Workers' Compensation and/or Commercial Auto claims environment
- Strong organizational skills to ensure timely task completion
- Ability to respond professionally to customer requests
- Experience in gathering and analyzing information to solve problems
