Workers Compensation Claims Trainee

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Guardian Associate (Workers Compensation Claims Trainee) as part of their Emerging Talent INVEST Program.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in structured learning through instructor-led sessions, online modules, and job shadowing
• Shadow experienced claims professionals and practice in a simulated environment to build confidence in claims management
• Manage a portfolio of indemnity claims under supervision while applying training to real-world scenarios

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree or 4-year degree from an accredited institution preferred
• Proven experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
• Computer literacy, including familiarity with M365 products (e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel, and PPT)
• Adaptability to changes in procedures and technology
• Curious, learning-focused mindset
