Workers Compensation Sales Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Sales Development Representative: Workers Comp. & Physical Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and generate new leads and referral sources targeting physicians
• Manage and grow accounts related to physician/case manager/adjuster contacts
• Provide timely activity reports and assist with communication with case managers and adjusters

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of inside sales experience or experience in medical billing/accounts receivables
• Bachelor's degree is a plus
• Experience with CRM systems and analytical tools, particularly Salesforce
• Strong understanding of insurance reimbursement and collection practices
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
