Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workforce Management (WFM) Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze staffing data and performance trends to recommend resource optimization strategies
• Forecast workload demand and ensure compliance with service-level and client targets
• Act as a WFM subject matter expert, aligning with Operations to meet business objectives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Business Administration, or a related field
• Up to 1 year of experience in a workforce management or analytics-related role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools
• Familiarity with WFM tools such as Verint, NICE, or Aspect is a plus
• Understanding of workforce planning principles and KPIs
