Key Responsibilities
- Analyze historical and real-time workforce data to identify trends and performance opportunities
- Develop and maintain staffing forecasts and assist with building optimized staffing schedules
- Monitor real-time performance metrics and provide actionable insights through reporting
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in workforce management, scheduling, or data analysis
- Experience in a contact center, healthcare, or service-oriented environment
- Certification in WFM platforms or analytics tools is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and workforce management tools
