Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic insights into financial plans and resource utilization for business plans
- Create statistical models and manage capacity for resources across multiple geographies
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure effective staffing and forecasting
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in service operations or Workforce Management for populations of 1,500+ FTEs
- 2+ years of experience with Workforce Management software
- 2+ years of vendor management or BPO collaboration experience
- 2+ years of experience in scheduling and forecasting for call center and back-office departments
- Advanced understanding of analytic and presentation tools
